Ophion Nova: Split paddle: £350.

Building on their expertise in manufacture of super strong premium grade white water paddles, Ophion have now produced an all carbon, light weight but robust touring paddle. These are strong and durable, idea sea touring paddles that will take some rock hopping abuse.

Available in either a high angle Euro blade “NOVA” or the low angle version “VEGA”.

These are mid – small size blades (both are 620 cm2).

Based on the tried and tested Enduro WW blade.

A full carbon / Airex foam core blade, the edge of the foam is protected with durable dynel cord for strength, impact and wear resistance.

Full carbon, two piece, straight shaft. The joint system is the Kayaksport plastic cam joint allowing adjustment of feather angle (RH / LH control) plus a length adjustment of 100mm.
